5. Orders & Payments

Prices shown include applicable taxes but may exclude delivery or service fees.

Payment is processed securely via third-party providers. CartZA does not store payment card details.
Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled unless explicitly allowed by the vendor.
6. Delivery & Pickup

Pickup: Be on time to avoid delays or food spoilage. Vendors may discard unclaimed meals after a set time.

Delivery: Ensure your address is accurate and that you are available to receive your order. We are not responsible for missed deliveries due to incorrect information or unavailability.
7. User Conduct

Misuse the platform or interfere with its functionality

Harass or abuse vendors, delivery drivers, or support staff

Use false information or impersonate others
Violation of these rules may lead to suspension or termination of your account.
8. Vendor Responsibility
CartZA partners with third-party vendors who are solely responsible for:

We do not guarantee the quality, quantity, or accuracy of food items.
9. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected order.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on CartZA (logos, designs, code, text) is owned by or licensed to us. You may not use or reproduce any part of the app without permission.
